General Directorate of Passports explained the method of canceling the report submitted regarding the absence and escape of a domestic worker after a period of its submission.
The “passports” clarification came in its response to a question from a person about how to cancel an absconding report he had filed a month ago against a domestic worker, so that he could move to another job.
Jawazat indicated that a report of absenteeism from work for domestic workers can be canceled within 15 days from the date of the notification, explaining that this can be done through the “messages and requests” service through the Absher platform for electronic services.
