How Does the New Service Operate?
The full range of services offered by the Nusuk app are now available to all Saudi citizens, residents, and visitors without requiring mobile data or an internet connection, according to a ministry spokesperson. This comprises:
Permits are issued (for Umrah, visiting Rawdah in Madinah).
Reservations (including tickets for the Haramain High-Speed Train
Using Nusuk Maps for Navigation
Asking questions with the Nusuk AI assistant
Sending in requests or reports
